Jerome Maldonado
Jerome Maldonado is a highly successful real estate investor, developer, and business owner. In 1998, Jerome pioneered a new construction company which he took to seven figures in less than one year. Today, he has sculpted an impressive landscape: 300 single-family homes, a mammoth 2,000 acres of developed land, 25 rejuvenated retail and office spaces, and a staggering $65 million upgrade to apartment complexes.
Throughout his career, Jerome has founded multiple highly successful businesses. In 2003, Jerome founded J. Jacob Realty, LLC., where he remains the active Qualifying Broker. J. Jacob Realty, LLC. complements its sister company J. Jacob Enterprises, Inc., founded in 2000, where Jerome remains President and CEO. He is also the founder of several other corporations and an investor and equity owner in several diverse companies and industries.

Kyle Mitchell
Kyle Mitchell is a real estate entrepreneur, overseeing approximately $250 million in assets under management across the Arizona markets. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, operations, and strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, he has completed six full-cycle projects, all delivering above-average and projected returns, and manages an active portfolio of 12 properties with over 1,000 units. Kyle's local presence in Arizona allows him to build strong relationships within the market, driving the company's mission to combine high-potential assets with best-in-class asset management to deliver forecasted returns while positively impacting the community.
